Super Beam

Wingman Industries, Inc. has created a new type of load bearing beam that will revolutionize the industry. Our superior product, the "Superbeam", has the look and feel of a traditional steel beam - but with several amazing new features. When used in multiple applications which have been identified to date, it will be stronger, safer, lighter, and impervious to weather...thus eliminating all of the problems and inconveniences associated with current steel beams.

The “Superbeam” is a composite beam made up of an outer housing (in this case two stainless steel beams welded together)with a carbon fiber rod placed inside the housing opening and reinforced by the addition of a protective epoxy compound inserted between the carbon fiber rod and the stainless steel enclosure.

Before the "Superbeam", large heavy equipment and manpower were required to install traditional beams; exposure to the elements limited its use outdoors; and limited load bearing capability and excessive weight restricted its functionality. The result of the new features we impart to this existing industry mainstay opens up its use to a new scope of industries.

The "Superbeam" is the perfect structural girder for: building construction, multi-level truck trailers, bridge and infrastructure reinforcement and repair, mining tunnel roof supports, fire truck extension ladders, decking, scaffolding, auto/truck frames, railroad ties, military trailers, mobile military bridge units, aircraft carrier decks, and uses that can only be limited by the imagination of engineers, architects, builders, and developers.
